Evaluations in the report generator to create reports from data in the database and other data sources to obtain optimal information. In order that reports can be created not only by software developers but also by end users, the necessary database queries are defined via graphical user interfaces using the required criteria and the database-specific statements, e.g. SQL, are generated automatically.

The authorized user easily configures appropriate reports to obtain the necessary evaluations. These evaluations can be created for the following purposes, for example:

• Evaluation of projects (direct costs)

• Evaluations down to item level (type and number)

• Creation of a mass/material quantity determination (exact determination of material used)

Finally, all the data recorded in the measurement portal can be compiled and archived in any report in the desired combination. Each report can be exported as CSV, XML or as an individual format if required.
